- For teams of max. 13 members (3×1267 m swim, 6×30 km bike, 4×10548 m run). The relay-team members may change after each of the loops, the only condition is to complete all the course and finish the race. The relay-team race number functions as relay baton. Teams tart at 8.30 am and finished at 24.00.
Regulations
- all competitors race at their own risk
- wearing of helmet is compulsory during the bike part
- all competitors are obliged to follow the road traffic regulations and the instructions of police and officials
- no drafting is allowed
Course Cut-off Times
Competitors or relay-teams that do not meet any of the cut-off times will be pull out of the race. In the case of finishing the race they will not be classified in the results list.
Swim
The swim part has to be completed in 2.40 hrs after the start; swim course closes at 9.40 a.m.
Bike
The swim and bike part has to be completed in 12 hrs after the start; bike course closes at 7 p.m.
Run
The time limit for the whole race is 17 hrs after the start; the closing of run course and race end is at 12 p.m.
Race Finish
Awards ceremony will be held after finishing the last competitor (at the latest at 12 p.m.).
Refreshments
Bike
Aid station is positioned every 30 km.
This aid station is exclusively set up for athletes in the race. Nonracing members of relays and support crew members are not allowed to enter. There will be separated area for own supporters to provide athletes with their own refresments.
Run
Aid stations will be situated approximately every 2,8 km on the run leg. One "big" station and three "small" stations.
